Basic care of knitted garments:

 1. Turn garments inside out before washing them. This will prolong their good look and feel.
 2. Separate dark colors from light one before laundering, in order to avoid discoloration.
 3. Wash by hand in cold water, using special detergents for wool and delicate fabrics.
 4. The water temperature should not exceed 30°C (86°Fd).
 5. Do not soak.
 6. Do not bleach.
 7. Dry flat only.
 8. Iron on low heat without any pressure. We do not recommend ironing chunky knitted clothes.
 9. Use our bags for storage.
10. Use special Sweater Shaver Machine to pilling your knitwear.

Our packaging is the one we are proud of, and even when the shipping companies mistreated the parcels, the items came undamaged. Please note that we always feel responsible for our times, and guarantee delivery. There may be occasional delays that are independent of our will, but we work out to resolve all possible issues, and always succeed.

Any return and refund must be claimed within 7 days from the date of receiving of item.

Refund include any shipping charges you paid when you made your purchase. However, non-standard shipping costs (such as express delivery) are not refunded. Shipping costs for returning goods are not refunded.

The returned items must be sent back in their original packaging along with all the materials received with the items (bags, wrapping, catalogue, etc.) The items must be unharmed, not worn or altered and must have all original security seals still attached. If the item does not fit these requirements it will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their own cost.

Payment will be refunded after arrived the returned items.

You may be able to pay with a card via PayPal without a PayPal account. Here’s how:

1) Click Check out with PayPal and you’ll be redirected to PayPal. Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card.
2) You'll be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information.
3) Enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt.
4) Click Continue to return to Etsy. Your payment isn't sent until you click Submit order on Etsy.
